Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, authenticity cards, and protective seals remain intact and attached.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the goods.
